401k To Cash Balance Plans

MTC advisors service ERISA or similar plans such as 401k, 403b, 457, 401a, defined benefit (pension), cash balance, and other non-qualified plans.

We offer pension plan consulting, advisory, and portfolio management services to ERISA and non-ERISA based employee benefit plans and their fiduciaries based upon the needs of the plan and the services requested by the plan sponsor or named fiduciary. In general, these services may include an existing plan review and analysis, plan-level advice regarding fund selection and investment options, education services to plan participants, investment management, investment performance monitoring, and ongoing consulting.

ERISA 3(21) & 3(38) Services

Our ERISA plan services are offered in 3(21) non-discretionary, 3(38) discretionary, and optional MTC custom asset allocation models.  During the initial plan design, we have the capability to coordinate services through a choice of custodians offering bundled or unbundled Record Keeping and TPA services.

MTC Custom Allocation Models

The MTC custom allocation models are a unique offering in the industry and an alternative approach to traditional use of just mutual funds inside 401k plans. When offered as part of an appropriate plan design, they provide additional investment choices to plan sponsors and employees. We offer the MTC Quantitative – Strategic & Tactical Models, as custom allocation models within benefit plan, subject to plan qualification, in addition to traditional mutual funds.  Please refer to Disciplined Portfolio Management for a description of MTC Strategic and Tactical Models.
